Returns

Eligibility: You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and custom or engraved watches are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@karma-watches.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at support@karma-watches.com within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange for an exchange.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, the order will be processed, and our standard return policy will apply.
